hAIngry ("we", "us") runs a pre-launch waitlist for an AI food-discovery app. This policy explains what we collect when you join the waitlist and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

Your email address, when you submit it to the waitlist.
Approximate location (city, region, country) derived from your network connection by our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare. We use this only to understand which cities have the most demand. We do not collect precise GPS location.
Basic technical data (browser user-agent, the page you signed up from) to prevent spam and understand sign-ups.

Why we collect it

To notify you, one time, when hAIngry launches in your area.
To gauge demand by city so we can prioritize launch markets.
To protect the waitlist from bots and abuse.

What we do NOT do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
We do not send marketing spam. We email you about the launch, and that is it.
We do not share your data with advertisers.

Where it is stored

Your information is stored in a dedicated database (Neon, hosted in the United States) used only for this waitlist. It is not combined with any other product's data.

Your rights

You can ask us to access or delete your information at any time, including under the GDPR (EU/UK) and CCPA/CPRA (California). Every launch email will include a one-click unsubscribe. To request deletion now, email us at the address below.

Retention

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or request deletion, or until the waitlist is retired, whichever comes first.
